Based on company assessment of all our tour operators, the gap analysis indicated that most of our tour operators are not compliant and do  not meet industry standards and specification, therefore 10 touri operators were identifies to be take through a 5 day training technical to them from the 11 to the 15 October 2010.

In Scope:

• Meeting with all our tour operator on our database, to inform them about the gap anaylsis and the intervention of training that they need to undergo, screening of the number interested
• Draft Request of qoutations
• send request for qoutations for both training and catering
• receive qoutations/proposals
• internal memo to Managing Director for authorisation and recommendation on the service providers
• Authorization and selection of service providers
• inform SMMEs regarding the venue, date and time for training
• actual training
• close off report
