Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

To provide ICT end user support to all Royal Bafokeng Nation's (RBN) Institutions by means of responding to all ICT related requests, maintenance of existing system, technical support and compiling reports (Telephone usage/bill and Internet bandwidth usage) to all managers. This is done to ensure that RBN employees are able to work effectively and efficient with the necessary technical support.
In scope:
- Telephony/voice services;
- Access control and surveillance systems;
- Web proxy management and compile internet bandwidth usage.
- Hardware/software installation and configurations;
- Microsoft active directory and exchange; and
