Scoppe:

To expose 20 farmers to an agricultural expo, which is held annually in Bothaville on the 20 May 2010, to expose them to industry 's new equipments, irrigation systems, harvesting equipments, networking session, funders and demostration of maize and sunflower equipments.

In Scope:

• Initial meeting to inform Farmers about the events and its benefit
• inform them about the recovery model
• screening for the number that is intereste
• Request for qoutaion for transport
• Submission of Internal memo to the office of the Managing Director
• Signed off and approved Memo by Managing Director
• Selection and issuing of order to the Transport Service provider
• Second meeting discussing the  logistics of the event (dated, time and venue for departure)
• Actual attendence of this event
