To update the Royal Bafokeng Nation Supplier (RBN) Database, to have one centralised database for the whole RBN. This will be achieved by sending out emails to existing suppliers to update their information as well as capturing existing data. This will help the efficiency and effective workflow of the organisation. The project will start on the 21st of October 2015 and end on the 4th of December 2015.
In scope:
Call on suppliers to update information using emails; and
Capture suppliers information on excel spreadsheet for importing onto the ERP system.
