Based on crop farmer's assessment reports, it was very clear that they are not organised, do not have proper machinery, do not have proper skills on how to plant, are not making profit and are in constant debt. This 6 months mentorship programme is scheduled from the 15 November 2010 to 15 May 2011. Its purpose is to assist the farmers with all the identified gaps, to assist them to generate high quality produce, become profitable, to increase job creation and to have sustainable projects.
