To promote independent living of persons with disabilities, by facilitating and ensuring the provision of necessary skills and assistive devices in the RBN.

In scope:

• Updating existing database for persons with disabilities;
• Training of PwD according to their categories (Deaf, Blind, movement and mind)
• Beneficiary identification and handing out of assistive devices according to various categories.
• Facilitate registration of PWD as as NGO
• Administration of all projects within the programme;
• Oversee operations of established disability forum and sub committees in the RBN;
• Ensure establishment and operation of one sheltered employment centre per region;
• Facilitation of disability sports;
• Monitoring and evaluation; and
• Net working/linkages with relevant stakeholders.
