Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

To monitor that all received calls in the call centre are dispatched and responded in time by relevant emergency personnel. The purpose of the call centre is to service community in terms of emergencies such as fire, accidents or health related emergencies. To also service community on planned patient transport (PPT) services. All these received calls need to be attended to in a standardised time. The call center is open to all Bafokeng community member and non Bafokeng residing within Bafokeng regions.

 In scope:

  • Monitor all received calls
  • Despatch all emergency (fire, accidents and all health related emergencies)
