The aim of the programme is to conduct all administrative business related functions within Public Service Management department. And to ensure that the department executes its functional objectives in line with the Finance practices, Human Resource (HR) practices, and Procurement procedures of the RBN.
In scope:
- Monitor adherence to Finance procedures;
- Monitor adherence to Procurement procedures;
- Monitor adherence to human resource policies; and
- Update monthly expenditure against allocated budget.
