Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

The aim of the programme is to conduct all administrative business related functions within Shared Services department, to ensure that the department executes its functional objectives in line with the finance practices, human resource practices, and procurement procedures of the RBN.
In scope:
- Monitor adherence to Finance procedures;
- Monitor adherence to Procurement procedures;
- Monitor adherence to Human Resource policies; and
- Update monthly expenditure against allocated budget.
