Dumela Phokeng is an initiative that gives leadership a chance to visit the nation's 5 regions to afford Bafokeng an opportunity to voice out their concerns and needs. The event will be held in the 5 Royal Bafokeng Nation (RBN) regions and Traditional Council will conduct presentations to the constituencies. The events will take place as follows; North A and B on 2 April 2016; North East on 3 April 2016; Central on 9 April 2016; South East on 10 April 2016 and Capital on 16 April 2016.
In Scope
Establish the committee with dedicated project managers;
Venues big enough for potentially 700 participants.
An effective sound system to communicate to 700 people, PA systems;
Tent for catering;
Volunteers to assist with selected event proceedings;
Marketing of the event through radio announcements, Flyers and announcements at Mokgotla meetings by Dikgosana (Headsmen);
Transport for every village;
Catering lunch for an estimated 700 attendees;
A company to manage waste;
Security monitored and maintained during events;
A programme for the events;
Registration of all attendees per region;
Arrange photographer and videographer;
Arrange Emergency Services.
