To monitor and manage the PULA fieldwork and ensure the process runs smoothly without hiccups and to have contingency plans in places for of unforeseen risks. Enumerators will be chosen after the compilation of a list and they will be trained. A test pilot will be conducted after the training to ensure efficiency and quality work of the enumerators. The Research department together with the service provider will manage this process. The project will start in April.
