Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

To link qualifying Bafokeng SMMEs to identified procurement opportunities at RBN entities, Investee companies, surrounding mines and other local corporate clients. To negotiate and structure Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment deals in order to create opportunities for local SMMEs through signage of MOUs, valuation and due diligence, negotiation of deals and facilitation of funding. Support of Bafokeng SMMEs through mentorships, exhibitions and other activities to facilitate access to market
In scope:
- Identifying opportunities within the mines
- Identifying qualifying SMMEs
- Link qualifying SMMEs to procurement opportunities
- Monitor progress of businesses linked to opportunities.
- Support SMME to exhibit at trade shows
- Assistance in negotiation of JV arragnements, Mergers, aquisitions and BBBEE transactions
