Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

Conduct ICT service management within the ICT department, as well as facilitate administrative processes to ensure that ICT operations run effectively and efficiently and client departments receive support. This will be done through coordinating services between service providers and the ICT department as well as offering services to the client departments.
In scope:
- Apportionment of printing and 3G service for RBN departments;
- Administrative services;
- Management of Service Level Agreements (SLA) ; and
- License administration.
