To conceptualise a functioning records management system (electronic and physical archive) for RBN entities and organise the current system in line with Collaborator System. The current records management system is dysfunctional and needs to be corrected. The project will start in September 2016 and will end mid-December 2017.

In scope to:

• To identify problems in the current records management system
• To assess various entities records management needs
• Benchmark best practice cases
• Write concept document
• Set up the electronic archive system (Collaborator)
• Clean-up current physical system and organise records in line with Collaborator System
