To monitor the housing project initiated by the Rustenburg Local Municipality (RLM) and Standard Bank, which will benefit four members of the Royal Bafokeng Nation. The construction of the houses needs to be alinged with the Town Planning parameters set-out in the RLM Town Planning Scheme 2005 and Royal Bafokeng Nation costumary practices. The project will be monitored through site inspections and meetings. It is anticipated that the project will take approximately 6 months.

In-scope: 

• Issue Permission of Occupation to the owners of the properties identified.
• Ensure compliance with customary practices of the Royal Bafokeng Nation.
• Conduct site inspection through-out the construction phase.
