Project Scope:	To establish a quality care wound clinic that will control, eliminate and reduce the incidence of infection as well as factors that reduce wound healing for patients visiting Thekwane and Mfidikwe Health Centres by November 2016. Within each health facility there will be provided a specialised room for establishing the wound clininc. In scope: Upgrade/Identify a suitable room for wound dressings Obtain approval from the Clinic manager Benchmark with established wound clinics Get quotations of required items - Procurement of equipment -Installation of procured equipment - Thorough cleaning of the room
