RBI intends to make all RBN schools environment conducive to teaching and learning at all times. Effective teaching and meaningful learning can only be realized in the school environment which is favourable to work in. Provision of quality education dictates that the school environment be conducive. Quality education manifests excellence.
Ongoing maintenance of schools and improvement of the infrastructure always guarantees a good school environment which is conducive to teaching and learning. RBI in collaboration with RBA Infrastructure Development and Planning want to see to it that infrastructure of schools is maintained on an ongoing basis and that infrastructure improvements are made where there is a need.
The scope of this project includes and excludes the following items:
In Scope:
Identify needs in terms of maintenance and improvement.
Receive requisitions from schools on maintenance and improvements.
Communicate the needs of the school to RBA Infrastructure Development and Planning.
Conduct regular meetings with RBA Infrastructure Development and Planning staff for the purpose of addressing infrastructure and improvement needs of schools.
Receiving feedbacks from school managers about the progress of addressing their needs by RBA Infrastructure and Planning.
Support school communities in an ongoing maintenance of school buildings.
