The Train the Trainer project will skill those members of the RBI who run Expert Knowledge Workshops in the essential methodology necessary for the success of these workshops. These skills are part of the ?Golden Thread? that must inform the facilitation of such workshops. The project will focus on reflective practice. Professional development of the participants will be encouraged through dialogue with fellow experts.
