To create a professional forum for principals of Bafokeng schools and assisted schools, the aim of this forum is to encourage professional growth in principals by introducing topics of discussion particular to principal-ship, to ensure the continued development and improvement of RBN Secondary Schools.

The rationale for this forum’s existence is as a result of a lack of leadership and understanding of effective principalship among principals of schools in the Bafokeng Nation and particularly rural schools. Also, where this understanding exists, the forum aims to support and develop these Principals into being able to fill the office of Principal with far greater effectiveness.

Through thorough presentations, discussion and case study, the forum aims to establish principles of best practice for principals to effect long-term change in the management and leadership of RBN secondary schools.
