To set up a Royal Bafokeng Enterprise Development (RBED) satellite office at the South East region, to ensure that the people of the region have access to RBED services without travelling to Phokeng. This will be done by renovating an existing structure into a functional office that can offer all the necessary services to local SMMEs. A suitable area has been identified at Thekwane to serve as an office which will officially be opened on the 7^th November 2016.

In scope:

• Remove the existing furniture and set the room ready for use;
• Arrange for office furniture to be transported to the office;
• Organise 2 x Computers and a Printer;
• Organise signage for the office;
• Organise internet access and telephone connections for office; and 
• Official opening ceremony.
