• Project supervision.
• Project Management- ensuring that the business owners understand the fundamentals of project management.
• Production plans, covering planting schedule, crop maintenance, irrigation schedules, weed and pest control and harvesting.
• Compliance, statutory compliances, health and safety issues and quality control.
• Farm financial management- enterprise budget, financial statements, finances, monthly management reports, pricing and costing, stock controls, quotations, invoicing and administrative functions.
• Market- Access to new markets, maintaining current markets.
