To further develop the OPMO system software in order to improve the user experience, increase or improve efficient and effective management of project and programmes and to address identified system needs in the RBN.  The system development partner will be instructed to develop the new features in accordance to the specifications provided by the RBN OPMO.  The new features are expected to be live in August 2018.

In scope:

• Scoping of new features and developing mock-ups for each screen
• Development of:
  • Improvement in system speed - particularly the Work Breakdown structure
  • Development of the new online OPMO Monthly Report
  • Development of the new weekly email reports to executives
  • Install new Security License on the three related sites.
• Manage the development of software solutions
• Test new features
• Roll-out of new features
