To coordinate the development of the proposed RBN cemeteries in North A regions. A service provider will appointed to compile an Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) for the project. An EIA is a requirement by National Environmental Management Association (NEMA). The purpose of developing new cemeteries is to do away with sectional cemeteries and to align the plan with Plan 2035. The project is planned to complete in March 2018.

• Appointment of the service provider;
• Authorities Meetings;
• Leadership engagement meeting;
• Stakeholder engagement meetings;
• Community engagement meeting;
• Specialists studies/ Scoping report speculated to interested and affected parties;
• Report review by authorities and stakeholders;
• Finalisation of the draft report; and
• Authorisation of the project.
