To manage procurement plans for the different departments of RBA and its related entities. This is to ensure that proper procurement plans for 2018 are well executed. Each departments of RBA and related entities are required to submit their 2018 plans before the 15th of December 2017. Scheduled meetings earmarked to discuss reviewed procurement plans with different Heads of Departments will take place during January 2018. The project is planned to be completed in February 2018.

In scope:

• Send out a Memo communicating the procurement plan template.
• To have procurement plan submitted by different departments and entities to Procurement Unit for review.
• Procurement Unit will be engaging with all the departments and entities in order to finalise  submitted procurement plans.
