To ensure that all Bafokeng clinics maintain a national ideal clinic status. A national ideal clinic status means each clinic must have a good infrastructure, adequate staff, enough medicines and supplies, available policies and has updated protocols and guidelines. The department of health visits the clinics for audits and rules out a clinic if it is an ideal clinic or not.
