To manage the supply and demand of water in a sustainable manner in the RBN through the implementation of various water related projects and programmes. These will include an effective billing system, securing funds for bulk water related projects, water infrastructure development and maintenance, and a functional Indigent register and Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Rustenburg Local Municipality (RLM) for RBA to become a recognised Water Service Provider.

In scope:

• Monitor the provision of water in all RBN villages;
• Monitor bulk water infrastructure, water reticulation and water infrastructure maintenance;
• Monitor RBAs status as a legal Water Service Provider;
• Sourcing funding for sustainable water related projects; and
• Monitor water related income received.
