The focused ED approach entails the selection of a number of high growth potential SMME and providing customised development interventions such as technical mentoring business mentoring and coaching, Bankable business plan, facilitate access to funding and facilitate marketing and branding development. The project uses skilled resources to meet the identified needs of the SMME in order to achieve. The project is planned to be a 3 years cycle and is etimated to complete end of 2020. The number of SMMEs involved is dependent on finding external funders for the project. Thus there will be a need to source out funds from different organisations.
