To coordinate a Loyalty Programme research survey in a form of focus groups. The aim of the survey is to gather insight on community’s appetite for the loyalty initiative and to have tangible reward suggestions for the programme. The focus groups will be facilitated by the Research unit which will also produce a final report. The OPMO will organise all the logistics, provide support, information as well as monitor and oversee the activities of the project. The project will start in May 2018, to be concluded in July 2018.
