The English Improvement course is meant specifically for the employees of RBA. It aims to improve the communicative skills of employees in all occupational levels of this organisation. Four modules will be completed by the learners and those cover a range of curriculum that includes communicative grammar, English for Telephoning, English for Emails, English Customer Care, English for Presentations, English for Meetings, Advance for Writing Skills, English for Report Writing/Minutes.

• Appoint the  training provider
• Select of participants
• Arrange catering
• Monitoring and evaluation of attendance
• Assess the report the report from the training provider.
• Close out report.

Scope cahange request

The issue we encountered was that initial exam dates was changed and some employees could not write on the alternative date. Now the report cannot be compiled with incomplete information. The facilitator is going to submit the results of those who wrote and we will compile report to the Manager but we are still going to arrange a date for those who did not write. I would like to include additional milestone for the remaining employees who did not write.

• We would like to extend the time to 30 July 2011
• Facilitator has send the exam for us to arrange for those who did not write.
• This will not have any impact on the budget

The mini report was received from the facilitator and we are waiting on the actual report of the employees who wrote the exam and will compile a report once all the remaining employees write the exam
