To celebrate the achievements of the Bafokeng Youth Centre in the 10 years of its existence by inviting the young people who were beneficiaries of the programme to share their experiences. 150 youth (beneficiaries) will be randomly invited, from different regions to gather at the Bafokeng Conference Centre share their experiences and help improve the programme for future beneficiaries. The event will take place on Saturday the 26th of October 2019.

In Scope:

• Booking of venue;
• Establish a working committee;
• Inviting relevant stakeholders;
• Drafting the programme;
• Inviting guests;
• Procurement of sound system (PA system);
• Procurement of refreshments;
• Procurement of Wall of Remembrance; and
• Close out report.
