To ensure that all RBA staff comply with RBA policies and statutory requirements.

In scope:

  • Load new employees when there are new recruits.
  • Terminate employees when necessary
  • Load changes on VIP as per request.
  • Prepare payroll requisition.
  • Prepare a disk for finance to release salaries.
  • Arrange external payment requisitions issue pay slips to all staff personnel.
  • Attend to all payroll queries pertaining to payroll
