The programme supports the implementation of Section 14 through the establishment and functioning of school governance structures. The programme is targeted towards pastoral and parental training; further fostering a communicable role in external stakeholder projects within the RBN schools. Primarily focusing on facilitating workshops, information sessions and maintaining stakeholder relations.

The scope of this programme includes and excludes the following:

In Scope:

• Provide induction and appropriate training of the members of the internal and external governance training team
• Provide induction and appropriate training to school governance structures
• Develop monitoring and assessment procedures for governance
• Initialise engage and maintain stakeholder relations regarding external projects established within the RBN Section 14 schools

Out of Scope:

• Public schools that fall within the Bafokeng region
• Early Childhood Developement stakeholder relations, governance and management training
• School Management Team training and development
