Payroll audits will help the organization to easily verify all employees’ details and to help maintain the payroll system by updating the VIP system.
In Scope
Payroll Audit will entail the following tasks:
Designing of a personal checklist form which will include or entail Questions that will require employees to fill their Personal Information e.g. id numbers, names and initials and id copies.
All staff members will be informed about the audit process and what will be required from them and the time that it will take place.
The audit process will take within the Royal Bafokeng Administration employees which will include the following departments Treasury; Project management office; Human Resource; Protective services; Human and social development services which includes EMS; Communication; Corporate governance including Dikgosana; ICT and Knowledge management; Finance; projects and Land affairs department.
Scope change request
Originally on this project, the report was supposed to be submitted after all RBA employees completed the payroll personal check list. However, the report was submitted without all employees being verified. The excluded employees are the water meter readers (projects) who are field workers around the RBN villages. An additional milestone is to be added for the inclusion of their data.
