The construction of Lebone II - College was concluded in July 2010. The school has been operational for the past thirteen years. It is in fairly good condition due to the ongoing maintenance and upkeep that has been done over the years. However, the structural inspection and condition assessment concluded on the 13th of December 2022 indicated areas that required remedial work.
A budget has been allocated for major remedial and maintenance work identified in the inspection and assessment report to ensure that the building is kept in good condition and to extend the building's lifespan. The remedial and maintenance work will be done in phases, starting with general building maintenance, stormwater management, water supply improvements, and replacement of faulty or outdated computer equipment. The project will start on the 2nd of October 2023 and is envisaged to end on the 30th of September 2023.
