To roll out the Employee Wellness Programme as part of the HR core strategic objective. The programme will assist employees experiencing potentially work hampering, personal problems such as work stress, marital conflict, family problems, emotional conflict, substance abuse and trauma counselling. The EWP is structured to assist our people (employees) to resolve personal problems before there is an impact on work performance.
The programme aims to provide support in the following areas:
- Psychosocial Councelling
- Financial Guidance
- Health Information
- Legal Assistance
The roll out will be done in two phase.
- Phase 1: Presentation to managers for buy in.
- Phase 2: Employee awareness of the programme through presentation.

- Putting up promotional materials.
Scope Change:
The initial plan to Put up the posters at key points in RBN buildings has been changed to sharing the promotional material electronically (via Email).
Scope Change (11 March 2025): It has been decided that the managers training will not continue. The activity will be removed from the scope.
