Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

To upskill the vulnerable population in the Royal Bafokeng Nation (RBN) to break the cycle of poverty by ensuring that they able to access/create opportunities and become self-sustainable. Programme beneficiaries will be identified through RBN governance structures, social workers, NGOs and community caregivers. Thereafter, individual assessments will be conducted to determine areas of interest and skill gaps for intervention. The programme will run across all the RBN villages and it is envisaged to start on the 1st of April 2024.

- Identification and partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Identification of programme beneficiaries/participants.
- Conduct individual assessments.
- Coordination and facilitation of training.
- Linkage to opportunities.
