Programme Executive Summary (Scope):

To link qualifying Bafokeng SMMEs to identified procurement opportunities at Fraser Alexandra, Xstrata, Impala, (Royal Bafokeng Platinum Mines) RBPM and other surrounding mines .To negotiate and structure Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment deals in order to create opportunities for local SMMEs through signage of MOUs, valuation and due diligence, negotiation of deals and facilitation of funding

- Identifying qualifying SMMEs
- Link qualifying SMMEs to procurement opportunities
- Monitor progress of businesses linked to opportunities
- Unlick opportunities for BBBEE
