To refurbish the Old Luka Clinic by appointing contractors to carry out essential plumbing maintenance, general building maintenance, and electrical maintenance to ensure the building is safe, functional, and suitable for a business hub for Royal Bafokeng Enterprise Development (RBED) SMMEs. By inspecting and repairing all plumbing systems, conducting a thorough inspection of the building structure and repairing any damage, and assessing and repairing electrical systems. The building was not occupied and was vandalised. The project will run from 5 August 2024 to 16 August 2024
