Project Scope:	To refurbish the Old Luka Clinic by appointing contractors to carry out essential plumbing maintenance, general building maintenance, and electrical maintenance to ensure the building is safe, functional, and suitable for a business hub for Royal Bafokeng Enterprise Development (RBED) SMMEs. By inspecting and repairing all plumbing systems, conducting a thorough inspection of the building structure and repairing any damage, and assessing and repairing electrical systems. The building was not occupied and was vandalised. The project will run from 5 August 2024 to 16 August 2024 In Scope: Appointment of contractors On-site inspections with the contractor On-site Routine Inspections Photo report of work completed and approval from the quantity surveyor Scope Changes: Project currently on hold due to the lack of community buy-in. The project will resume once a resolution has been found. Scope Update: The project has been resumed as a resolution has been found between the relevant parties. The previous scope is still relevant with other relevant maintenance added (Vegetation removal and Fencing).
