To organise a year end function for all RBN staff members. This is a way of showing appreciation to everyone for the hard work they have shown throughout the year 2024. The activities pertaining to the event will be coordinated by a selected steering committee for hosting ON 13th December 2024.

In scope:

• Establish the committee with dedicated project managers;
• Book a suitable venue for approximately 500 people;
• Send all staff members invitations for the function;
• Arrange a safe and a reliable transport;
• Arrange a reliable catering company;
• Arrange waste management;
• Arrange music/entertainment for attendees;
• Arrange photography;
• Gifts for attendees; and
• Compile a programme for the day.
