To install advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) camera technology in the RBN Fleet. To provide comprehensive surveilance, real time monitoring and actionable insights. The project will be implemented using a pilot approach whereby service providers will be providing the trail equipment for a month. Thereafter the functionality and performance of equipment will be assessed and a suitable service provider will be selected. The trail will be done using sample vehicles from the following departments/entities; Royal Bafokeng Sports, Health and Social Development Services and Protective Services.Upon completion of the pilot, the suitable product will be rolled out to all fleet in the identified entities/departments. The project will run from the 1st August 2024 to 31st of January 2025

• Sourcing of service providers,
• Approval of proposal by Managing Director,
• Installation of equipment,
• Test/Pilot,
• Monitoring,
• Storage of data,
• Presentation of the pilot outcome,
• Selection/appointment of Service Provider, and 
• Roll out to the remaining fleet
