To respond effectively and efficiently to natural and man-made disasters within the boundaries of the Bafokeng nation through a coordinated response. To stabilize the incident (the scene), provide social relief, and protect the life of the Royal Bafokeng communities. The programme is implemented by a multi-disciplinary committee from Royal Bafokeng Administration departments/entities and works in collaboration with the Rustenburg Local Municipality disaster management team.

In Scope:

• Incident Response.
• Provide material support (food parcels, blankets, mattresses, and tents).
• Provision of psychosocial support.
• Referral for relevant interventions. 
• Liaising with community leadership and stakeholders. 
• Follow-up with affected individuals. 
• Incident reports.
