To undertake the rehabilitation of upgraded roads and stormwater structures within RBN area which comprises of Area B and B2- Civic Centre roads which is +-2800 sqm, Area C- Civic Centre Cul-De-Sac +-255sqm, Area A- Civic Centre parking lot 5500sqm and Area D- VIP Parking +-1100sqm to ensure the road's safety, functionality, and longevity for the benefit of the community. This project will be executed in collaboration with civil engineering consultants (Phatwe Consulting Engineers) and the appointed site agent and foreman. The project timeline is expected to span from 13 January 2025 to 12 March 2025. RBN Infraco department will monitor the project through means of receiving and analysing progress reports and attending site meetings throughout the duration of the project.
