To oversee the Prospecting Right Application for the environmental authorisation of prospecting activities for the following minerals: Vanadium and Iron Ore (Magnetite) on a portion of the remaining extent of the farm Bierkraal 120 JO, A Portion of the remaining extent of Portion 5 of the Farm Tweedepoort 283 JO and the remaining extent of portion 1 of the farm Rooiwal 185 JO, situated in the Rustenburg Local Municipality and Bojanala Platinum District, North West Province.  The project will run from the 24th of January 2025 to the 5th of December 2025. Sebadi Environmental and Social Services are appointed to carry out the prospecting right application on behalf of Kwena Vanadium Pty Limited.

Kwena Vanadium Pty Limited has lodged an application for a Prospecting Right in terms of Section 24 of the NEMA, 1998 read with Regulation 19 of the EIA Regulations, 2014 and in terms of Section 16 of the Minerals and Petroleum Resources Development Act, 2002 (Act No. 28 of 2002) (MPRDA), as amended by Section 12 of the MPRDA, 2008 (Act No. 49 of 2008).
