Dumela Phokeng is an initiative that gives Leadership a chance to visit Royal Bafokeng Nations 5 Regions. Kgosi Leruo Tshekedi Molotlegi visits the communities to afford the Bafokeng to voice out their concerns and needs. The Bafokeng, Kgosi, Supreme Council and Makgotla, together with those who share the vision and values of the RBN will create an enabling environment for the prosperity of the current and future generations by developing the people, the economy and the land. The logistics are planned by the Dumela Phokeng committee, the committee is formed by representatives from various departments of the RBN Group entities to give support to the Governance department responsible to implement the 2025 Dumela Phokeng Calendar approved by OoK. The project is set out to start from the 16th of April 2025 to the 31st of July 2025
In Scope:
Establish the committee with dedicated project managers;
Arrange venues with efficient spacing;
An effective sound system to communicate to people, PA systems.
Tent for catering;
Volunteers to assist with selected event proceedings.
Marketing of the event through radio to disseminate information;
Transport for every village;
Catering lunch for attendees;
Security monitored and maintained during events;
A programme for the events;
Registration of all attendees per region;
A photographer and video broadcasting;
Emergency Services available for minor and major emergencies;
