Enterprise development programme entails implemetation of the approved Economic Development Projects and facilitating Business/ SMME development services . The scope covers the following areas:
SMME Development, which entails conducting of Business health checks on enterprises, identification and implementation of interventions. (Business trainings, Statutory Compliences, Industry standards Compliences, Access to funding and Markets, Business advisory, coaching and mentoring)
SMME Promotions, which entails exposing SMME to market opportunities and participating in Expos/exhibitions.
Economic Development projects, which entails implementing approved economic development projects (Kotulo Mushroom project, Furniture Hub Manufacturing Project, Business Directory)
SMME Database: Establishing and maintaining client portfolio. Reccording of interactions.
