To maintain RBN websites (Digital archive and the Intranet) in order to ensure uninterrupted uptime, an aesthetic appearance, functional links, up-to-date information and a friendly, usable interface - and respond to changing demands within reasonable timelines. The website up-time percentages will be monitored manually until such a time that a monitoring tool is implemented.
In scope:
- Upload new content on websites; and
- Monitor up time percentage.
