The primary health care (PHC) services were suffering in the Bafokeng cluster of clinics (Phokeng Health Centre, Luka Clinic & Chaneng) because of poor working condition and shortage of clinical and administrative staff. This resulted in patients waiting for a long time at the clinics. This project will through upgrading improve PHC services in these clinics.
